Chris,
It's a bit of a drive, but we are only 4 hours north of you. So, if you're ever headed north feel free to get in contact with us!

Re: Footwear?

I wear steel toe combat boots, but they are a very comfortable variety. I wear them working all day, and barely notice them.

Re: Practice Horror Stories

Well, not exactly a horror stroy, this is more of a humour story. <img src="/forum/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" /> We were working on winding, and I was not wearing my normal shoes, I had to wear a pair with less tread. At the time, I had a really bad habit of leaning. Whitness...

I definatelty know what it's like to be on a tight budget. Keep in mind, that unless you are sparring with padded weapons, you will ...

Davenport RMA

Hello all! Well, as a little introduction, I began studying swordsmanship about 4 months ago, with former ARMA Provo student, Jaremy Bybee. Yes, he's in Davenport, IA. Re: The Medieval Faire

That's awesome! Yeah, it's amazing how quickly you can have your butt handed to you when you are just acting like you know what you are doing. Just goes to show, even using the most basic fundamentals can get you a long way. Hopefully some onlookers became interested in ARMA!
