I think i will be doing regular ARMA but I'm not even sure if I'm going. I hope i do though

I just turned 13 two weeks ago and Shane lives down the street from me. I've been talkin' to him and stuff and I might be showing up at ARMA soon. I have some sword-fighting experience. A few friends and I swordfight w/ padded and wooden swords.

Does anyone have any links to sites/ places that sell high-density, landau, or foam suitable for weapon and shield padding? If, so please post the link.Thank You <img src="/forum/images/icons/smile.gif" alt="" /> ~nick

What off-hand weapon would be best be used for defending(not a shield) with a one-handed, slightly long, curved sword(falchion?).

Does anyone know any or can direct me to a manual that can show me some?
