I think also fullen (feeling) is very important like in sword-fighting....feel your opponent ( f.ex. if he is strong/weak on you e.t.c.) and then act accordingly

DVD medieval wrestling

Hello everybody!
This is George Zacharopoulos from ARMA , Greece.
I found on the web the following DVD: JIRKA BURKOW-MEDIEVAL WRESTLING PT 1 (AGILITA TV).
Is it worth it? They claim that they are based on German manuscripts..
Please let me know if you know anything about this DVD!
