Yes, quote, Zogho means "gioco", "play".

This is an archaic term from the dialect of Emilia Romagna also used by Achille Marozzo in his tecniques.

I suggest the book "underground guide to warrior fitness" by ross enamit.
There are lot of explained exercices and also phylosofical motivation.

In my experience i found bettere to train alone, cause my concentration is better and i arrive in the gym already "skilled".

Great ideas!

Another exercice could be what we called "catch the tail" (is a transaltion from italian, don't know if it's correct) :lol: .
One try to catch an handkerchief attached on the opponent's back.
