can anyone tell me the height and weight average and also the best kind of wood to make a good training longsword?so that i can made one for me to start my trainigs, thank you.

A Place to train in Brasil

Hi! I just joined the community so i´m new here and i got some questions about the longsword trining. Is there any ARMA longsword training center in Brasil(Rio de Janeiro)? if not, is there any other w ay that i could begin my trainings of longsword swordplay of the ARMA system? thank you very much ...
