Brandon,
I went to check out your videos and it said they were removed by the user? I am anxious to see, I hope it's just a technical problem.

Yes, I did send a check! But still sucks none the less!
The check never was seen again and eventually void, some postman has it lodged between his seats.

I guess I can see the brutality in this and imagine what it was to meet on the battlefield. I'm with you Sal, I am curious to hear from older members, I'm still a newbie. There is a difference in sparring with intent and focusing on cuts, form, and accuracy etc. and swinging sticks. I just don't see...

What's the point? Looks like people running around beating the hell out each other, any skill? A comparison would be a street fight vs the sport of boxing. I think there could be some good training as far as getting in and mixing it up but it doesn't appear to have anything to do with hits with a sw...

13th century sword

Grant, I was also looking at the 13th century longsword from Albion. I looked at the reviews on myarmoury.com. They have hands on reviews of lots of "real" swords with pictures of it as well. I don't know if you have looked at this site before but I found it interesting and informative. Yo...

Sword Length?

There seems to be a lot of opinions about how long the longsword you are using should be. I've read that your sword should come up from the ground to just under your armpit...Vadi I think. I also see a lot of longswords 46", is there an advantage to having a slightly smaller sword than your adv...
