What is the average size of a Jogo do Pau Staff (width / height)? Also what is the typical wood that they were constructed from?

Thanks for the correction Stacy, I actually did not know that. I tried out a few cuts and I see how it can be achieved with either edge.

Absolute Fencing 3-W with removable liner

Has anyone used this mask with the removable material (for washing)? I was looking to buy a new mask and was thinking about getting this one but I was worried that the material would not fit as tightly as a mask that is not removable. The only other cold steel waster I have seen had the same type of problem when it was received. I think it is just due to the box being bent during shipping. It went away after a few days of use.
