what is your Average?

Hello

I was wondering, what is the average amount of time a week you spend training?
This to include any purely physical training non related to western martial arts like running, weight lifting and so forth.
Thank you,

Christopher

Re: Breathing

David Craig Stationary biking and jumping rope may not be what you are needed to rejuvenate your over all core fitness level and (especially) Endurance. With your current living situation I would suggest purchasing some free weights. A Curl bar, dumbbell, and the plates will do and are not that expe...

Re: Meyer question

Secondary Cut: A winding-through maneuver designed to draw the opponent to one side, followed by a snapping attack to the opposite side.

Blendhauw, blendt-, blind-: Meyer 14r, 61r; cf. 2:12v

From Higgins Armory's Glossary of German Longsword Terms

I hope this helps

Re: Breathing

David, I have found that endurance work out is the way to go: Or at least incorporated with cardiovascular work outs. Build your tools (yourself) before you start trying to construct a master peice (combative skills) - work out The more endurance, the less stress you'll feel, and so better breath co...

Looking for anyone near

Hello I am relatively new to WMA, and looking for any one in the area of Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, USA. I am in the Military and making it to any kind of two-three day seminar is near impossible. I have a fairly good start to a “Swordsman’s Library” and a few of my soldiers are willing to hit me ...
