Requesting Book review: The Swordman's Companion

Greetings all,
I was wondering if anyone has read "The Swordman's Companion: A Modern Training Manual for Medieval Longsword" by Guy Windsor, Published by Chivalry Bookshelf. I would like to know if it will be a valuable training aid or a waste of money. Thank you all for your time.
