Certainly these elements are important secondary effects and motivations attached to the study of martial arts, but it seems that the primary goal and outcome of one's efforts should be defense. fyi, I found a great ARMA group in Cherry Hill, NJ and am studying with them now.

I highly recommend them to anyone in the greater Philadelphia area.

Looking to come back - PA

For the past couple years, life has been in transitition, and my membership lapsed. Now that things are settled, I've got a new place in Lansdale, PA, about 20 mi north of Philadelphia.

I'm looking to re-up my memership and see if anyone is around the Philadelphia area to practice?
