Attending a 1.0

I'm interested in attending the next NTP 1.0 event. Is this the event at Appleton, WI.? If so, how do I schedule to attend? My best guess is just to call and ask questions but maybe you know better.

Actually, we have one also coming up in Columbus, Ohio on 4/30-5/1 also.
