good quality fitted harness

Postby Dustin Reagan » Thu Aug 11, 2005 2:37 pm

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could point me toward any makers of quality fitted harness (preferably 15th century). I have found valentine armoury, and they look great, but I was hoping there might be others?

Thanks!
Dustin

There are quite a few out there thanks to SCA type groups, that will make historical designs.
I own a harness from this place, and really recommend them for quality and price:

Valentine does very nice work, but the price is high and they are very rigid about their designs and what they will and won't do, and often not very stout for vigorous usage.
