Giovan Antonio Lovino

Postby D. de Grenier » Mon Sep 05, 2005 6:33 am

Hello,

The ardamhe-idf is proud to announce that it host the transcription and french translation of the famous manuscript of Giovan Antonio Lovino (c 1580), with the notes & remarks of its author Lionel Lauvernay.
This luxurious manuscript offered to Henri III, king of France was never published until today in its wholeness (only 15% of the text was known), even if for legal reasons, the images presented are only inspired by those of the original.
