ARMA Twin Cities, Minnesota?

Are there still active members in the greater metro area of Minnesota or an active interest in starting a group here?

I believe Steve and Elizabeth Pangerl are from that area.

I shot the email on the website here an email, but I haven't received a response & the website's down. Anyone know of how I could get in touch with them otherwise?
