Sacramento, CA Area ARMA Groups

Postby Tony_Klabunde » Thu Aug 28, 2008 7:37 am

As many of you do not know. I am; besides other things an Education Consultant for a national software company most people have never heard of.(Specialized market) As such, I travel & teach) frequently all over North America.

My next stop; next week is Fun but warm Sacramento, California, Sept. 2nd thru the 8th) I’ll be about 70 minutes from the city proper. Do we have any Study Groups within an hour or two of there? I tend to work long hours, but even if I could hook up with some fellow scholars for an hour or so for some training or just checking out the local color; would be awesome.

Even if I would have to cancel for the training, ( My days can be brutal) I would be open to catch a bite, coffee and talk shop (As much as I know about it) As I just started this endeavor with the ARMA a few months ago.

But while I’m in the area I figure I could hook up with some Fellow ARMA members. My schedule is not really always clear, ( So you’ll have to forgive me if I would have to call and cancel, but either way I would let you know.) I would make an decent effort.

Let me know, PM or email me, and we’ll go from there.

And yes, I will let you know what areas I will be in, I find it a great time even meeting for a bite and talking a little smack. I travel sometimes as much as 3 times a month. Summers over so I’ll be on the road a lot.

Hope to run into everyone soon.

I've been keeping up on the elist, but not the forums - and look what I end up missing... go figure. :P

Sent you a PM Tony, hopefully we can get together the next time you find yourself in Sacramento. Always looking for new people to practice with!

Anthony
