Prussian Martial Arts

i have spent years studying the regions of Europe my ancestors came from. and i was wondering were there any fencing masters from Prussia.

I have no personal knowledge of any Prussian masters by name. However, considering the fact that Prussia was founded by the Teutonic Knights, and that traditional German military prowess resided there up until World War II, it is certainly fair to assume there were more than a few Prussian sword masters living there for a very long time.

Where did Sigmund Weischner (the 18th-century smallsword master) come from, I wonder? I'm pretty certain that he's German, but I don't know which part of Germany.
