It's not uncommon for email from that part of the world to get stopped by spam filters over here (and unfortunately it's too often justified). I check the
webmaster@thearma.org address and haven't received anything from you, and if you have emailed the ARMA Director (see address at the bottom of every page) and not received a response, it could be that or he may have missed it, since he gets a ton of mail every day. The application is now submitted by email, so I would recommend you go ahead and submit your application (without payment until you receive a response) and be clear where you're from and that you're trying to form a group. That instruction can probably be removed now, but I'll bring that up with the Director.
