So cool...totally consistant with JC's findings.
What I love about this, is actually how simple this idea is, if you dwell on it and think too much about how and why this works, you will lose what is so simple, congrus and powerful about it's incorporation into everything we are doing.
The zwerch for me now is such a more powerful stroke, when it's lauched properly and at the right moment, there is almost no chance of stopping it.
The Krump is also of the same caliber..mix in the "crossing step" and you have on heck of a powerful cut!
