I was wondering if anyone has come up with a way to incorporate High Intensity Interval Training for RMA. I was thinking along the lines of tiprogressions alternating with a florysh (with intent of course) for a few sets. This could also work with a partner or study group; press drills alternating with sparring perhaps. Usually the goal of HIIT is improve cardio and burn fat in a short amount of time so I don't know if it's completely applicable, but may benefit members and other practitioners who are short on time. Is anyone doing this sort of thing in their training?
