Valhalla Rising also has some very nice one vs. many and one on one fight scenes. Not the most artistic, but they get the job done.

The entire movie is well worth watching.
What is the Riddle of Steel? The power of the sword lies not in the blade, but in the hand that controls it.

Virginia 1607 (this is 11 years before the 30 Years War even began in Europe). Cogs, galleons, skiffs, swords, halberds, polearms, helmets, plate armor, shields, knives, drums

Battle scenes assembled in this vid, not necessarily in sequence, showing full plate armor knee deep in a Virgina swamp, and a pike formation with matchlocks and armor, breaking into a melee

How about the 1973 & 1974 version of the the Three Musketeers with Oliver Reed, Richard Chamberlain and Christopher Lee... while they were trying to be funny, those were some of the more realistic duels that I have seen.
