Polish Winged Hussars?

I'm not sure if many people have even heared of this type of armor, but have any of you seen any referance to how fighting in it would actually work out? I would imagine your balance would be really thrown off but I haven't seen to much more besides that. Or if anyone has seen a video they could share of a person using replica or authentic armor of this type that would be awesome. =)

Polish Hussar are Cavalry, the wings are still in debate to if they were for parade purposes or actual fighting. If it was fighting it was to intimidate the enemy, and as cavalry it wouldn't really throw your balance off. It would affect the horse speed and make lots of noise...

It's not really a type of armor more like a unit of Polish cavalry.
