Need Private Training

Postby Crispin Culbertson » Sun Feb 26, 2012 11:06 am

Any possibility of hiring one of ARMA's experts for private training? I am in North Carolina. Would expect to pay above group training rates for private lessons. I need to acquire intensive knowledge of basic long swordsmanship, take-down method and disarming techniques. I have only one month to train before a Tourney I am attending, hence my question.

Also, I'm looking for knowledgeable training partners.

I would advise settling in then since your not going to become proficient in a month you can't just get good over night, you can learn the basics in a day and never master the longsword in your life, sorry if its not what you wanted to hear

1) Generally, ARMA training is only provided to members. Private training for a non-member can be provided only by the ARMA director, John Clements.

2) ARMA is focused solely upon the recreation of the martial arts of Renaissance Europe (MARE). ARMA does not engage in sport tournaments nor train for them.
