Greetings from South Korea

Postby Guy Edward Larke » Mon Sep 03, 2012 7:57 am

Hello from Seoul, South Korea...

I am a martial arts journalist/ columnist who has been living and studying in South Korea for a dozen years (but who's counting by now?). I am interested in ARMA for two very different reasons:

1) My ancestry is English, Irish, Scottish, French and German. Needless to say as a martial artist I am very interested in the arts of my ancestors. I want to network with dedicated martial scholars in Renaissance martial arts and eventually delve into into that part of my heritage.

2) I am also heavily into fantasy novels and gaming. I recently discovered information about a game that may be out of print. It was called The Riddle of Steel and it was written by Jacob Norwood who appeared to be an integral part of ARMA. I would be very interested in contacting him if at all possible.

Thank you,

Sensei Guy Edward Larke

You are in luck, as we have now an active ARMA study group in South Korea! You can find Ryan Woo's contact information for the group on our Practice Partners page. As for Jacob Norwood, he has not been part of our organization for several years now, and you are correct that Riddle of Steel is out of print.
