I bought a subscription and it seems helpful.The videos are put together well and you can slow down the movements to get a better idea of what needs to be done. Its my primary way to learn the basics since my wife are I are just beginning our trip into Hema and we are waiting on our membership request to be reviewed so maybe we can attend a class close to Atlanta.
