Finally, after a lot of hard work we have now announced the awardees of the HEMA Scholar Awards 2014.
This award is given to researchers, transcribers, translators, interpreters and instructors for work published in English in the preceding
year and includes the categories [i3d]Lifetime Achievement, Best Researcher, Best Instructor or Interpreter [/i3d]and
[i3d]Best Rookie Researcher[/i3d]. The awardees receive both a symbolical laurel handmade out of iron and silver as well
as various sponsored prizes like swords and equipment. All awardees are automatically invited into next year's jury.
The award is annual and nominations for the 2015 award can soon be submitted.
