I bought it right when it came out and would highly recommend it. It is well-written and organized, and I personally have found it very useful. It includes both solo exercises, and pairs drills, and covers fundamentals such as footwork, balance, etc., in a way that is clear and easily understood. Be advised that Windsor teaches primarily from the Italian tradition and the terms used for guards, strikes, etc. are Italian -- which can cause some initial difficulty if you are more familiar with German nomenclature. Overall, the book is aimed at beginners, so if you are a more advanced student some of it might be a bit basic. But for a beginner such as myself, in my opinion it is well worth the money.
