hey Ray you still around???

Postby Fergal » Mon Aug 23, 2004 3:03 am

Hi all Im new to the group, stumbled accross it after a referance in a s.m. sterling fiction book hehe.
avid partitioner in the SCA but even though its rigorous its always seemed to leave a lot to be desired in the area of authentic martial form.
needless to say i thought it was swell that I found Ray listed as im a lil under a hour north of him in upstate NY.
problem is I sent him a email some months ago and never heard back, saw that his last post here was March. Just snet anouther email, but im thinking mayby he's retired? <img src="/forum/images/icons/frown.gif" alt="" />
anyway, absolutely amazing group you all have, oh and btw the sca just legalized half-swording, now if I could only convince them that a pommel punch to the face and tripping ones foe is a legal tactic hehe

Always around, lurking about in the shadows waiting for that quick kill> Seriously....I believe we have since corresponded and you were going to do some ARMA research and get back to me. I apologize for not responding to the first email as I don't remember receiving it. Remember to put ARMA in the subject line so emails are not deleted with the excessive spam/junk I recieve. If I am mistaken and you are not the one I spoke with from Saratoga, please email me again.
