The Windsor & Tobler books are available from Chivalry Bookshelf (chivalrybookshelf.com). I bought the Lindholm & Svard book from Amazon.com. Windsor's book is now up on Amazon also. Tobler's Fighting with the German Longsword just came out recently so I believe Chivalry is the only place it can be found.

Actually, they can all be found on Amazon now, here's some direct links, for ease.. (if any of these are wrong, let me know)

Guy Windsor's "The Swordsman's Companion"
Tobler's "Fighting with the German Longsword"
Lindholm/Svard's "Sigmund Ringeck's Knightly Art of the Longsword"
