Im not much into the study of the sword as I am into Ringen but after reading the article (and JV's tribute) I can truly say Paul Champagne was as great a person as he was at his craft, if not more. His invaluable contribution to the revival of European Martial Arts will both be cherished and missed.

My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends. Sicher Reise mein Freund..
