Tim is correct Jeanry, you are being paranoid in this instance. As I know exactly what spawned this last few posts,I can assure you that you are not the subject here(neither is any other individual).
The official answer to the question posed by Dan is this "We evaluate each application on a case by case basis privately with each individual."
