I just ordered a waster, but it's not delivered yet. I have a warped PHA. Should I send it in? I did not order from the website.

Murray, We shipped your waster out on Monday, you should have it any day. Unfortunatly with the exchange program, I need you to contact me before ordering. The credit card company does not do discounts. Sorry
