Salute to European MA enthusiasts from the Russian All-Round Fighting Federation!

We highly appreciate the work you do in developing traditional European martial traditions, and would like to inform you on our work we carry on in Russia.

Russian All-Round Fighting (RAF) is a modern full-contact martial art comprising various styles of unarmed fighting, grappling, stick, bayonet and knife fighting.

RAF is based on historical forms of Russian fisticuffs, kicking, grappling and fencing. It is important to note that RAF is not just a historic reconstruction – it is a realistic, full-contact and competition-driven fighting sport.

On our site http://www.rusbm.ru/eng/index.html you will find information on traditional Russian fighting styles, RAF founders and the sport and combat applications of RAF. There we have brief description, photos and short videos for the main Russian punches and kicks. You will also get an impression on RAF as the sport and the way of life in our vast photo gallery.

We have also prepared the downloadable presentation video, where you will see Russian bare-knuckle fisticuffs, our trainings, episodes from the 2005 RAF Russian Championship, and the Founders of RAF.

RAF Federation wishes you success in mastering European martial arts that we do beleive deserve the highest credit.

With RAF regards,

Russian All-Round Fighting Federation
