in 1459 talhoffer, can someone tell my more about the unarmed plates. Like, do the techniques have any specific names, and things like that.

Well I remember two named techniques:

"Dizzy Wrestling" (cant remember how to say dizzy in german) for spinning your opponent around before you throw him (I think that's plate 205).

and "Knave Wrestling" for pinning your opponent down with a knee to the groin (don't remember which plate that was).

If you have the manual, you should then know that generally speaking Talhoffer, like most of the authors of the manuals, did not name the specific techniques he taught. A rare few others did so, however, like Auerswald.

I can only think of two off-hand:

Boys / Knaves wrestling

Bear clinch

(*Sigh* -- sorry, if anybody ought to remember, I should. I would have to check my own work to clarify for sure -- or you guys can look at the wrestling section of the PDF yourselves.)
