Note also the position of their hips relative to each other when they are executing the throws. For any sort of judoesque throw to work against a stronger opponent, you MUST get your center of gravity below theirs. In almost all the demonstrations, their hips are even level.

hey David i would love to see some videos as its been said this area is lacking in good videos and as im new to it will be a help.
for me i realized how important positioning etc is straight away as my girlfriend trains with me most of the time. im working of ringeck and straight away she thought how am i meant to wrestle you to the ground?
i just showed her ringecks leg lift head push move sorry for not naming plates etc. but i showed her how to get out of the initial bear hug and use that move with only two fingers to get me to the ground.
so is good to hear from more experienced folks.
