Found and interesting little site on Geocities about the Cornish/Devonshire wrestling.

Not a long read it does have some interesting insight dealing with heel/leg hook's, getting behind the opponent and such, this is 19th century so it is later than our period i think it kind of bridge's the 400 yrs between our sport wrestling and combat wrestling of the 16th cnetury.
