Hi Chris,

I can draw up an outline for you, freely stealling ideas from other folks' techniques and exercises and adding a few of my own.

Send me an email and I'll respond as the specifics since it may not be on topic since what I do is not exactly historical (but is certainly similar to historical).

If there is a general outcry I'll post on the forum.
