Absolutely agree. He pushes the [shhhhh. it's a secret.] way of Chinese 'magic' too often.

I use his combative conditioning book. I think it is good .

Joachim's right - I get a lot out of Matt's stuff. It's quick, you don't need any equipment, and it hits the whole body. I also like that it stretches you out at the same time you're building strength and endurance.

But Jake is right - you can find the stuff he does online or in other places, and he tends to charge a bit much. For me, it's worth it. For others, it may not be. I didn't find the stuff online till I'd shelled out to Furey, personally. And if you don't know what to look for, you're not going to find it, right?
