Im thinking about buying a c&t blunt, and spotted this one from CAS Iberia: http://www.casiberia.com/cas/product_details.asp?id=SH2203

Has anyone tried out their pieces before? The price speaks to me, but I would love to hear some comments before making a purchase. Any other ideas of where to get a good c&t ( have also been thinking about this one from MRL: http://www.museumreplicas.com/webstore/eCat/Swords%20and%20Knives/Italian%20Cut%20%20%20Thrust.aspx)?

the MRL link shows that Item has been removed. The one you linked to from CAS is actually a sharp. Unless you wanted to grind it down to a blunt, you should probably go with the practical version.

It's a weird looking blade and there are a few comments from owners here:

I am interested in this one as well. There arent a whole lot of decent c & t blunt blades available. The MRL ones though not "SHARP" are sharp enough to make them unsuitable as blunts. What I plan to do for mine is make it through Scott at Darkwood Armory:

I sent them a mail asking if I could have the sharp blade blunted before shipping, I'll let you know what they say.
