Raven Studios Wasters

Postby joelthompson1 » Mon Jan 03, 2005 9:00 pm

Just an update on the wasters from Raven Studios. www.little-raven.com. They have lengthened the guards and made a few minor adjustments as per ARMA members input. There is now an option for pommels. You can get the original scent stopper or the newer flat disc type (pictured in the Virtual Classroom Forum on this subject). As I mentioned before, these folks are very flexible when it comes to a little customizing. Longer blade, longer handle, etc. There is also a volume discount program. Discounts as follows:
4 to 6 swords, -5%
7 to 10 swords, -10%
11 to 20 swords, -15%
There is no ARMA member discount as yet.

ARMA VAB now owns six of these beauties and they are still holding up nicely. There was a question earlier about doing pell work. I have only done so on a stationary heavy bag I bought from Title Boxing. This is the one with the sand filled donuts on the bottom, not the water filled one, if anyone is looking.

Joel,

I know they carry a wooden dagger, but I was wondering if they could produce a rondel? May be worth checking with them and see since Wooden Weapons hasn't been reliable lately and are no longer ARMA approved.
