Question about Other Weapon Manuals

Postby Guest » Mon Mar 10, 2003 1:21 am

Are there any fairly attainable medieval weapon manuals or fechtbuchs on weapons such as axes, maces, staves, polearms, etc? I know Talhoffer covers some different weapons other than the sword in his fechtbuch. Thanks in advance.

Fiore covers a lot of dagger and some poleaxe, spear, and other weapons, including a big stick! The Novati version is pretty widely available online, there is a translation here:
