Two New Videos

Postby Webmaster » Mon Aug 29, 2011 11:13 am

We have two new videos now posted on our public videos page:

http://www.thearma.org/Videos/TPVideos.htm

The first addresses the use of the often confusing schlüssel or "key," and the second demonstrates our 16 cut exercise while gripping the end of the pommel (rather than the side as most of us are used to -- try it, it works).

That's a very cool video. Martial arts discussions are full of talk about transitional and dynamic movement, but the video is an excellent illustration of just what that means and how it applies to the static position illustrations we've all seen.

Makes me wish Meyer would have had video technology!
