Also just a quick note on transportation, as I have been getting some emails on this.

Your transportation from the airport to the hotel is taken care of by the hotel. The hotel itself is only 5 minutes away from George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

This brings up another point - if you are flying into Houston, make sure your carrier is taking you to George Bush Intercontinental Airport, NOT Hobby. We have two airports in Houston and they are about an hour apart during rush hour (which is pretty much all day!). If you fly into Hobby, you will have a long drive.

Transportation to and from the event, which is only about 10 minutes away from the hotel, is also taken care of. So, all transportation from the airport to the hotel and to the event is secured.

A reminder to those who are flying in from out of town, I will be leading a staff class at this event, so if you don't have a staff or can't get one down here, we can order a staff for you to purchase and ship it back to your home after the event is over. They take about a week to get here after we order them, and the event is approaching fast, so please contact Kyle Cook ASAP if you want to purchase a staff in time.

The cost of the Staffs( 6 ft ) are going to be $35.00. The cost includes Staff, Shipping tube, and mailing it to you with insurance. You can e-mail me at cookfamily@houston.rr.com if you are going to get a staff from us.
All is ready for the event, we have also rented a van to transport members to and from the event site. We will be posting times that the van will be leaving for the event site soon. See Ya'll on the 26th at 3:00 for the prize playing.
