Fior di Battaglia: Codice Ludwig XV13 is out!

Postby Gianluca Zanini » Tue Jul 17, 2007 9:05 am

I have just look into the colored reproduction of the codex from the book got today:

Il Fior di Battaglia di Fiore dei Liberi da Cividale
by Massimo Malipiero

Mr.Malipiero did a very good job!
Full colored reproduction of the manual.
Full transcription.
Original extract reproduction from document about Fiore's life.
Iconographic research on the swords, helmets, dressing, hair style etc.
