I have just look into the colored reproduction of the codex from the book got today:

Mr.Malipiero did a very good job!
Full colored reproduction of the manual.
Full transcription.
Original extract reproduction from document about Fiore's life.
Iconographic research on the swords, helmets, dressing, hair style etc.
