If you cannot find anyone in your area, the ARMA website has a wealth of information including many suggestions for solo-training. Remember, any properly applied competent training will build beneficial attributes and develop your overall proficency. I would encourage you not to allow your possible lack of training partners to disdain you from starting on your journey towards developing your skills.
Once you have developed the basics and can perform them fluidly, you might wish to consider finding like minded individuals and looking into forming an ARMA 'study group'. Self-motivating can be difficult at times, even when we are passionate about our art. Having a partner or a group certainly bolsters enthusiasm and allows you to expand your training possibilites through the opportunity for paired drills, free-play, etc.
I hope this helps.
Good luck!
