This article seems to have been written by one very cranky author:

I can't tell is he is dismissing the notion of studying EMA entirely, is cautioning students to be careful regarding sources, or just has something against Mr. Clements!

Anyway, thought it was worth posting here.

That is a very old article. Amberger is way off the radar.
No one even remembers him until someone runs across one of his old articles. :twisted:
