Hi All,

For any of you around Northern Virginia or the West Virginia Panhandle, the ARMA NoVA study group is hosting John Clements here to teach a 3-hour public class. The class will take place the morning of Saturday, July 10th and will cost $40. For anyone seeking to learn the "basics" of swordplay or for those willing to learn what you never knew you never knew, this is a must-attend event!

If interested, you may contact me for more details at audragrapes@me.com I suggest you don't PM me since I am not on the forum often enough to guarantee I'll get a message in a timely manner.

SPACE IS LIMITED!!

Unfortunate, I will not be in the country at that time...

Greatly enjoyed the class. My only complaint is that time wouldn't slow down so that the class could have been longer!

I have a new respect for the versatility of the longsword, and despite my fascination with knights, castles, and the like, for a good 25 years, Mr Clements still taught me a number of things I never knew. I look forward to the next time he is out here to instruct again.
