Motion Capture for Instructional Videos

Postby Rob Burroughs » Fri Dec 24, 2010 4:13 pm

Has there been given any consideration to having experienced scholars, undergoing motion capture sessions ? This would allow for a 3D full range of motion view to be had and could be especially useful for grappling and fencing. The video could be placed in a format that allows the scholar to pause the animation and drag the view around an imaginary sphere to see from any angle.

I imagine that it could work like a living moder version of a figtbook, but with out the 2D limitation.

I think it would be cool if feasible.
