Insights from Historical Artwork

A partial portion of a rare color illustration of practicing Fechters (German fighters)  from the 1400's showing an array of traditional martial exercises and weaponry: wrestling, weight training with rocks, spear throwing with what appear to be sticks, sword & buckler, acrobatics/gymnastics, and staff.  Their practice garb consists of stockings and shirts.  Only two wear hats.
