Hello, Jeanry!
Yeah, we weren't very fast. We had been practicing for what seemed like a long time before we decided to start videoing at the end. I don't know about Bill, but by then, I could barely hold my arms over my head (and that is pretty obvious on tape. I guess what form I have falls apart when I am tired). As a matter of fact, we were going to do one more dagger play... but we couldn't.
I am glad too, because even though we were striking slow... today I found I am covered in lemon sized bruses.
Also, we were only wearing sweats for leg protection. We were wearing leather moccasin type shoes so we were not really worried about it. If we had been wearing street shoes or tennis shoes with a hard edge we would have worn baseball catcher shin guards.
