Hiya,
It's been a while since I've been on this forum. Roughly, two and a half years ago I trained with ARMA in Provo, Ut while the group was headed by the adept Jacob Norwood. Now that circumstances and schedule permit for the practice of the ARMA method of European Martial Arts, I have run into a problem:
Using my waster, I've been working through all the drills I can remember as well as using what material on the ARMA website I may find. However, as I cut I have a pain in my wrist that I never had before. Somehow, I believe that this is somewhat common. So, the question is: What can I do to strengthen my wrist?
Thanks.
here's to many exciting and enlightening discussions in the near future.
Michael
